Shipping & Delivery

  • What are the estimated shipping times? 
    • Orders are typically processed, shipped, and delivered within 7-10 business days. Please note, certain garments, sizes, and quantities may affect shipping. 
  • How much does shipping cost? 
    • Shipping is calculated based on product weight. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.  
  • What are the shipping methods available? 
    • USPS Parcel Select Ground 
    • USPS Priority Mail
    • USPS Priority Mail Express 
      • Please Note, these shipping methods do not account for handling times. 

 

Returns

Return Policy: 

If you are looking to make a return based on overall print quality or if you received the incorrect item, we are here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Please direct all of your return inquiries to support@merchbooth.com. A member of our support team will be in touch with you shortly after! 

***You must submit photos of the product AND a description of the quality issues to be considered for a return*** 

Note the following exceptions to our return policy: 

  • Products cannot be returned for sizing issues
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use 
  • Must be within the “30 days after purchase” timeframe

 

Signing Up For MerchBooth

  • How do I sign up for MerchBooth? 
    • To sign up for a MerchBooth, please first check out our How It Works page for important information on the process.
    • Next, check out our Sell on MerchBooth page, select your preferred plan, and complete the appropriate application. 
    • After applying, a member of our team will review your application & designs and will get in touch with you within 24 business hours. 
  • What kind of designs do I need to set up a store? 
    • We have very specific design requirements to ensure high quality printing. Requirements are as follows:  at least 4500 x 5400 pixels canvas size with a 15 x 18 inch print area. 300 DPI, PNG files, transparent background

 

Logging In / Vendor Portal Login

  • How do I log into my MerchBooth? 
    • Please note, vendor portal registration information is not provided until your store goes live. 
    • MerchBooth handles the entire store creation, adding designs, and store maintenance for you. You do not have personal access to adding new products, designs, etc. to your store. Please reach out for assistance. 
  • I have a live store, how do I register for a Vendor Portal account? 
    • The Vendor Portal account allows you to view your real time sales dashboard for when you begin generating sales. You will also be able to add PayPal information for bi-weekly payouts. 
    • If you are a live vendor and have not yet received Vendor Portal registration information, please contact orders@merchbooth.com.

 

Vendor Commissions

  • How much do I make from sales as a vendor? 
    • Vendor Commissions are calculated as follows: 
      • MSRP (Retail Price) - MerchBooth 20% - 3% Admin Fee - Item Cost (cost to print garment) = Vendor Commission 
      • Ex. You sell a Black single print T-Shirt (size xs-xl) 
      • $30 - $6 - $0.90 - $12 = $11.10 
      • Your commission on this particular sale would be $11.10 
    • Please see the Vendor Commission Guide on the Sell On MerchBooth page. Vendor Commission per item is dependent on garment type, garment color, garment size, and number of print locations (1 or 2).

 

Product Line & Garment Sizing 

  • What products do you offer? 
    • We currently offer the same product line to ALL vendors. 
    • Our current product line includes: T-shirt, Tank Top, Long Sleeve T, Pullover Hoodie, Zip-Up Hoodie. 
  • What garment colors are offered? 
    • We currently offer Black and White garments. 
  • What sizes do you offer? 
    • T-shirts are offered in sizes XS - 5XL 
    • All all products are offered in sizes XS - 2XL 
  • Do you offer any hard goods (stickers, patches, hats, etc.)? 
    • We currently only offer the 5 garments listed above. We hope to expand in the near future to a larger product line. 
  • What brands do you currently offer?
    • For more information on individual garment brands, please take a look at our Garment Details & Sizing page. 
  • What kind of fit do your products have? 
    • All available garments are unisex fit. 

 

Purchasing Your Own Merchandise

  • Am I able to purchase my merchandise at a discounted price? 
    • Yes, if you have a live MerchBooth, you can purchase your merchandise at cost rather than the MSRP that is offered to normal customers. 
    • Note, to purchase your merchandise at cost, you must first have a live store. 
    • Note, because you are purchasing merchandise at cost, you will not receive a vendor commission for those items. 

 

Purchasing in Bulk

  • Can I purchase merchandise in bulk? 
    • Yes! We offer bulk screen printing to all MerchBooth vendors. 
  • Are there minimums for purchasing in bulk? 
    • Yes. The minimum for screen printing orders is 48 units per design (this can be a mix of garments & sizes). 
  • How much do bulk screen print orders cost? 
    • The cost of a bulk screen print order is dependent on the following: 
      • # of colors in design 
      • Quantity
      • Garment types
      • Sizes 
      • Shipping 
  • How do I get a quote for a screen print bulk order? 
    • To get a quote, you must be a MerchBooth vendor. Please reach out to orders@merchbooth.com with the information above. 

MerchBooth VIP Subscription



Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid being billed for the following month.

 If you purchase MerchBooth’s VIP Subscription, You are authorizing Recharge (third-party subscription service) to charge you on a monthly basis, on an ongoing basis and until cancellation occurs. The Subscription Billing Date, is the date on which You first purchase your subscription to the service. Your account will be charged the Subscription Fee automatically on or after the Subscription Billing Date. The MerchBooth VIP Subscription will continue unless and until You cancel or MerchBooth terminates Your subscription.
